Safety Passport Alliance (SPA) Training

Safety Passport Alliance (SPA) cards are a real door opener for contractors wanting to serve a particular sector.  Unlike some schemes, SPA offer a balance of flexibility and specialisation.  All contractors are required to gain the Core day and then the sector specific training days relevant to the sectors they wish to work in.

AQCT is proud to offer both the Core day and the Food and Drink manufacturing sector day.  This passport is an entry requirement placed upon contractors by some of the best known and respected food manufacturers in the country including Nestle, Northern Foods and Kelloggs Europe. 

The initial training (2 days) covers the key elements of Health and Safety, Food Protection and Environmental Protection tailored to the needs of the sector.  The aim of this is to ensure that contractors are aware of the specific issues they face whilst working within food companies and protect themselves, their clients, the products and the consumer.  We also provide the one day core plus food refresher.

AQCT provides courses when and where you need them in both open and closed course formats.  We understand that you need your contractors up to speed and earning again as soon as possible so we work with you to find ways that minimise disruption to your business.
